What makes the difference is the staff, they make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. Admittedly the fist impression was a bit off. We typically stay in major chain hotels and our initial impression was that the location would not workout for us. However this quickly faded and our stay was quite pleasant. We had the most wonderful stay. The Hotel is exceptional with fine interior design and art along with all the luxurious amenities. We stayed in a room with the most beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend getting a room with a view. Our Breakfast and dinners were delicious, our room was spotless and pristine, the spa was super relaxing and the staff were Top Notch. We had the best time and recommend this beautiful hotel to others to enjoy.

WOW WOW WOW! This was one of the most gorgeous hotels we have stayed at. In Brunate (a VERY scary drive up a mountain haha), nestled within trees and with the most beautiful view of the Lake. The staff was so helpful and kind, and the food was amazing. Breakfast was great as was dinner. Lovely wine selection. The sauna and pool were also very nice and their Spritz's were STRONG but tasty.
