The best accommodations we've had in Italy. The rooms are so cute! The stone walls, brick ceiling, and chandelier... I felt like I woke up in a castle. The entire property is just beautiful!! The pool overlooking the countryside was one of the best views I’ve ever had. The massage was wonderful. The grounds were beautiful. And the restaurant courtyard was magical. We had a beautiful dinner under the twinkle lights and the food and wine selections were lovely.

Absolutely in love with this place!! We wanted a centered location to do day trips to small towns, this was it perfect! the decoration, was so so nice and clean. Great grounds, pool (a little too cold) but great for very warm weather, amazing view of the lake and landscape. Theres a great winery just 4 minutes away!

Our experience at Michelangeli's B & B in Orvieto was exceptional! We stayed almost 2 weeks and never had a complaint. We found the room rate reasonable. Francesca, the owner, was kind and helpful but also gave us our privacy. Despite her broken English (and our broken Italian), we managed to communicate. My room (8) was small but I was pretty comfortable. The elevator made moving luggage easier. I received a fresh towel and a made bed quickly every day. The shower was small but had hot water and good pressure. I had brought my own washcloth, shampoo and conditioner which I recommend. They do supply body wash. Breakfast was very nice with hard boiled eggs, sliced cheese, meat, yogurt and fruit. If you like a hard mattress you will love the bed - me, not so much. I really felt welcome for the two...

We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way.
