Great communication with staff. The place itself was exactly as listed. I really enjoyed my time. The kitchen was all I needed and more. And the water pressure with the shower was really amazing. Overall a great experience and I will stay here again.

Brand new apt in a great location. Easy check in and check out. Well equiped, clean and confortable. Recommend it.

Perfecto para una estadía familiar, comoda para movilizarse , la zona está perfecta con muchos restaurantes, coffee shops, tiendas de primera marca, etc

Hotel lindo y pequeño, mayormente autogestionado por huéspedes, no cuenta con recepción. Ubicado en buena zona, buen ambiente. A menos la habitación que tuve yo fue de tamaño mínimo, pero funcionó bien para estadía de una noche. Lo malo es que no hubo forma de encender el AA split que era l única manera de calefaccionar la habitación, por suerte habían mantas adicionales para sumar a la cama. El desayuno me pareció muy bueno, con variedad de opciones.

La propiedad es muy cómoda, limpia y agradable, está ubicada en la mejor zona de Buenos Aires, la atención de la Host fue excelente, muy comunicativa y agradable, definitivamente cuando esté nuevamente en Buenos Aires me alojaré aquí. Gracias por el buen momento vivido.

Family friendly- walkable to River plate stadium

Close to many attractions, awesome restaurants and bars - local music scene is very good with Jazz bars and folk music. Walking is so easy and very safe.

Our pre cruise, four-night stay at the Casa Bevant (CB) was truly memorable. The hotel is very centrally located. Turn right upon exiting the hotel and the Recoleta Cemetery, the Recoleta Urban Mall and a host of sidewalk cafes, restaurants and even bars are within a 5-minute walk along a lovely tree lined street. Turn left and there are more coffee bars, bakeries, a major supermarket and if you need it even a place to have your suitcase repaired (we needed that). The hotel itself is well...

Clean, nice design, comfortable bed and pillows, staff where very kind and friendly. Excellent location. I stayed there as a second time and was pleased like the first time.
