We were sorry not to have more time here. . It has 2 beautiful pools and the room was large and had a high wooden ceiling which was very attractive. We had a good dinner in the restaurant. I don't know why they picked the location but it's close to Syracuse yet you're in the countryside.
The resort is set in magnificent grounds , surrounded by farmland.
It has a beautiful swimming pool and easy access to the beach ( which is pebbles—-but beautiful sand and water once you wade out)

The Agilia Ortigia Charme Hotel is absolutely superb. Firstly, we were lost in Syracuse, but when we called the hotel to get some guidance, very nice man name Marchello gave us excellent directions and then met us outside the hotel which was a huge help after a long day of driving in Sicily. After check in, we were given a tour of the the hotel by another hotel employee who was also very friendly. Everybody we met at this hotel was so accommodating and friendly.
