"The entire team was amazing—everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented. Special shoutout to Martin, who went above and beyond for us! The location is unbeatable—just a 3-minute drive to Yellowstone’s entrance, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and right across from a convenience store. The room was clean and very comfortable. It came with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. There’s no housekeeping during the stay, but parking is right out front which was super convenient. It’s not a luxury hotel, but if you’re spending your days in the park, it’s a perfect base. They have a laundry room on the floor. Only two downsides: • The shower curtain had a bad smell and definitely needs replacing. • If you’re a light sleeper, be warned—walls are thin. I heard a dog barking all night from the next room. And probably they heard my 5 months old during the night ."

"Quiet hotel, close to the only market and gas station in town. Staff was friendly. Room was big and clean. The views from the hotel is stunning. One day some deer were at the parking lot. Such a beautiful place."

"We enjoyed our time at the Ridgeline Hotel while traveling to Yellowstone with our 12 year old grandson. The staff was helpful. The complimentary s'mores kits by the fire pits was a nice touch. And when needed, the clean laundry room with detergent available was nice."
