This hotel is super clean and well cared for. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's not fancy in any way but perfect in the ways that matter (clean, safe, exciting area), Note: it is directly under the 7 Train, so maybe bring earplugs for sleeping, although inside is not as loud as I was afraid it might be.

The best airbnb Ive stayed at in New York with the best price for our family of 6. The place was so clean, amenities looked brand new. It had a homey feel to it, my kids didnt want to leave. We will definently be booking again in the future.

Great customer service by the team at the front desk, very friendly and helpful. Definitely I will come back but if you planning to dine at the hotel the restaurant is HIGHLY overpriced and drinks are awful. Better to go out and enjoy the city and eat & drink better food.

I was on the sixth floor and the room was extremely quiet, unusual for New York, rather spacious and yet on this particular night, relatively inexpensive for such a perfect location in New York. Don’t miss the Red Farm restaurant around the corner… worth trying even if a bit noisy. My main criticism of the hotel is actually the coffee bar and pastries for breakfast, which are too sweet and caloric for me, and limited to drip coffee if you want to use their free breakfast card. This was an amazing place to stay. EVERYONE is friendly. The room is clean. The bed is huge and comfortable. The air gets so cold. The rooftop bar has BEAUTIFUL views of the city. This property is well situated close to dining and transportation.

It was big enough to stay for one night and the room was extremely quiet and I did not hear anything from neighbor rooms. The staff members were very kind to explain the hotel facilities. I am hoping to stay there again whenever I visit New York.
