Our only complaint is why I downgraded "comfort" & "condition" slightly, as there doesn't seem to be anyplace else where it fits. The tub/shower in Room 17 is old (naturally; the age of everything is a large part of the inn's charm) & requires a long step (at least for us senior citizens) up to get inside and down to leave. The Ivy Manor Inn was a great find for us. We were greeted in the lot by Orville who was happy to help with our bags and lead us our check in where two glasses of bubbly were poured as we got our key and moved into our spacious and very comfortable first floor room.
