When I think of Italy, this is what I dreamed of. My family stayed here three nights. It is a hidden gem on top of a mountain overlooking the town below and a castle. It has amazing views. We had good information for exploring Montecatini Terme. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks when we arrived, and the breakfast. We came to see the historical baths and also enjoyed a soak in the public bath.
Very nice boutique hotel in the center of town. Room was very clean, bright and spacious enough for 2 people. Bathroom was very nice, great shower and water pressure. Very quiet, even at night when we slept with the windows wide open. Great hotel with a Michelin restaurant in a very walkable location! Friendly, helpful staff! I just stayed here for a full week and by the end of my stay the staff felt like old friends.
Breakfast is a large spread including everything you could want. Hotel is quiet, elegant and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
We loved our stay at La Ninfa. The room was large and full of light. We faced the stream/river which sent its rushing river sounds through our windows. As I've already mentioned the staff was absolutely terrific. They went above and beyond. Book your room soon.
What a surprise. Ignore the reviews. This is not a Marriott, nor should you be after one whilst staying in Italy. What this is is a delightful Italian hotel with incredible staff, Italian styled rooms and an incredible spa.

The location and views were fantastic. We had an easy 20 min drive to Lucca each day. Perfect mix of peaceful vineyard and olive tree landscape with easy access to Lucca city restaurants and shopping. Owners and staff were wonderful.
I liked the convenience of the hotel in that it is about a 10-minute walk to the Montecatini Terme station and just a few minutes to the central part of town where there are many shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable but I will say that it had the smallest shower I have ever seen in a hotel. Breakfast was nice and the front desk staff were very friendly.
