Hotels in Hoodi

If your travels take you to Whitefield you cannot go wrong staying here. It's an upscale property with outstanding customer service. The breakfast buffet is quite good as well. The hotel staff goes out of their way to please. There is a shopping mall next door with several good restaurants (Nandos and BarBQ Nation are quite good) and a large supermarket downstairs.

Staff and hotel itself was OK but carpet of room has some stains and surrounding was not pleasant

During my travels to India I have stayed at the Vivanta Taj hotels, not just in Bengaluru, but in other Indian cities as well. Room service, comfort and their food are excellent with one exception specifically at the Bengaluru location. The staff at the Ritz Carlton make it special for the guests. From the time you check in until the time you leave, the staff do an outstanding job. The reception staff welcome you with a smile. Shaiju in the fitness facility kept me healthy and fit by taking a personal interest and training me on strength training. Room was clean. Cleaned every day. Front desk was extremely helpful. Room service was gready. Laundry done in time. Will recommend to friends.

It was great. Just that the renovation of the reception was a bummer. The first night we had a bunch of very noisy group of corporate folks right outside our room on the lawns. We should have not been put into that room at all. I am sure there were other rooms in different section available.
