If you are going to Cocoa Beach, you NEED to stay here. Its away from all the people, the beach is right across the street, and you can kayak the river. Beautiful set up. 7 min drive will bring you to the Golf course pavillion where you can see off the dock the bioluminescent waters. If im ever in the area again, definitely staying here again!
Staff was very attentive and helpful with anything we needed. Pool area was very nice as well as the overall room stay. Very close to the ports if you are doing a cruise it is a convenient location.
We were in town visiting relatives for 5 days and this worked out as a relatively inexpensive place. Our room was clean and quiet. The location is convenient to airport, many shops and restaurants and not far from the beach and our family.
Nice new place with friendly and helpful staff. "Standard Room" was spacious and kitchenette was really impressive. Wish the exercise room was a little more substantial and "breakfast" really wasn't "breakfast," more like coffee and a plastic cup of yogurt. Probably fine not to have a real breakfast, given the excellent kitchenettes, but advertising "free breakfast" isn't entirely truthful

I have been here over 10 days, there are no roaches,bedbugs!!!

The north corner suite was gorgeous with views of ships coming out of Cape Canaveral as well as the night sky. The front desk staff was great and we are repeat clients who will be back.
Friendly staff, clean room, close to KSC and restaurants, quiet location. The room came with a microwave and small refridge, which was nice for quick meals. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was very attentive to housekeeping on a daily basis. Will definitely stay here again should we be in the area in the future.

When I’m in this area. It’s also right across the street from the beach. There is a hood live music place called Lou’s blue’s which I love, Greta for dancing, eating and drinking, within walking distance
This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The entire place looked brand new and the room was well thought out and designed, offering a large refrigerator, full size microwave and dishwasher and very nice plates and kitchenware. The kitchenette was just really nice to have. The room was spacious and there was even a nice pull out couch.
