We come through PDX frequently and this has become our go-to hotel. Good service, large rooms, relatively good breakfast, dining options nearby.

I stayed here as a solo traveler for 2 nights and had a great experience. The check in and out process was easy and quick. This is a well-lit property located in a quiet and safe area of town, conveniently near the airport. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was exactly as pictured. Staff super friendly, food store, rooms large, clean, full kitchen. Towels soft, squirt bottle shampoo/cond so plenty. Easy Wi-Fi. Beds provide good support. Could not hear the planes. Nice long desk with bulletin board. Good location if you need airport

Clean, safe, quiet, friendy staff. Beds and pillow quality was excellent. The kitchen with a stove and a full size refrigerator was a very convenient. Excellent stay. Will stay again.

A convenient stay for a work trip.

The room style was old fashion motel and small. However, it was very clean and well kept. What amazed me was how quiet it was. I slept well and that was so important.

The Moxy Downtown was a vibe. Great employees and excellent customer services. I loved the art and the food court inside. The gym was fantastic and great to get one of my trainings done while traveling. The room was very cute and modern. I loved how Portland it all was. Would definitely stay here again.

Good: Location was really good. Steps away from Pioneer Place Mall. Walkable to a lot food areas. Rooms were clean and look very modern and simple. Especially the bathroom. Valet guys were awesome. Also the hotel smell really nice. Bad: No free wine testing on Friday when we arrived as advertised. Bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan, so probably bring an air spray when dropping a deuce as the windows of the hotel can't be opened. I love that they have a free ice and water...

Super classy. Well decorated. It very much reminds me of the hotel in the show Altered Carbon. Super secure. I tried to go to the speakeasy. It seemed like exactly what I wanted. The guy at the door decided that I was not supposed to be there. Even though I had been sent over by the front desk. Yebin assured me that there was no reason for him to block me like that. I was worried about parking and the safety of my car. The hotel only has street parking, but they do have valet parking in a locked garage for $30 nightly. It was worth the peace of mind for myself. The hotel is nice! The lobby was great, really big, lots of seating. A bar and a restaurant inside the lobby. The elevator is keycard activated to reach the floors which is an added peace of mind. Just got here and it’s a nice location with good service and facilities but our room is a little old and dingy. Shower curtain moldy, tile and grout old. Not the worst ever, just could be better.

Amazing everyway possible Our new favorite place to stay

The Grand Hotel is truly grand. Beautiful lobby, very nice staff, clean rooms, easy access off I-5 (but no noise), free and ample parking. We will stay again if any future trips to the Portland area are planned.
