Great place, very picturesque

Great location to see the palace.

Everyone at the Ascot was very friendly and helpful. There is one staff member who speaks perfect English and another who speaks French very well. The AC in the room worked well, and there was a good amount of food for a continental breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the place is near several restaurants. I would stay here again.

We were driving and hotel had free parking. Modern building, 59 rooms adding almost 60 more before the end of 2009. Located right at the bottom of the town hill on the north side, so appraoch from the north is recommended if driving. Easy walking up to town. Quiet, located next to neighborhood. Breakfast in Villa dining room (separate old stone building next door) with fresh foods. Staff were helpful, informative and professional. We would stay there again.

Giacomo is a great host, and even though I was unable to check in online first while on the road, he went over Saturday evening to help... And although there is some misunderstanding on shampoo dispenser, Giacomo is very understanding... Parking might be little different, but overall a great place and host!

Such a magnificent unique place. The management has done a great job picking the staff who ia beautiful inside and outside, and decorating the castle inside and outside. The grounds outside of the castle are amazing and the interior is stunning. This was a return visit…. This time in the warmer weather so we were able to enjoy the pool and deck area…. Excellent ! The rooms are simply appointed but are clean comfortable and relaxing. My room (and I believe most or all ) have an outdoor area table and chairs area in a beautiful garden setting. Great option for Caiazzo if tyou are planning pepe in grani. Freddo is amazing

This hotel was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were extremely happy with our stay. There was also plenty of off-street parking, which was great. The street right outside the hotel is pretty busy, and there are a lot of potholes. It's not something the hotel has any control over, but it's something to keep in mind if you're not used to driving in that area. The area is not walkable, so you will likely...

Hotel is amazing. New hotel. Beautiful gardens and restaurant. The dinner in the hotel restaurant is incredible! What no one tells you is that the town is very run down and not pleasant. Think that’s why the hotel is behind a closed gate! Kinda strange. But most people just come to visit the palace.

Amazing property, restaurant and staff

This was true Italy. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. He fixed us up the best breakfast of our trip. The room was good. There was parking available, as advertised. And an elevator. We enjoyed a spectacular sunrise over the town with Mt Vesuvius as a focal point in the distance. It ended with a rainbow! We were very happy to have found this place.

This was the last and best "inexpensive" hotel we stayed at in our 7-day Italy trip. It was by far the cleanest, and best hotel of the bunch. Good breakfast, nice staff, really nice setting, comfortable beds. I'd go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.
