Don't let the dated exterior worry you; this hotel is immaculately clean and lovingly cared for. I confess that when we first pulled up I wondered for a moment what we'd gotten ourselves into, but from the moment we walked in to the lobby we were treated warmly and kindly, with a cheerful fireplace, treats on the counter, and a receptionist who was as thorough in her job as she was thoughtful and sweet. I was so surprised by how much I loved this property. It’s dog friendly and the staff is so nice. They have a great free breakfast buffet and free soup and salad every night. Walking trails just outside and lots of dining options. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We had an end room on the first floor which was great for our dog. The room had high ceilings and was very spacious. Laundry, gym, pool, spa, sauna, and steam room. I’d definitely book here again.

Wasn’t so sure about it when we pulled up. Hotel is old however….. the rooms are brand new! New carpet, paint and bedding. Best nights sleep I have had at a hotel. Would do it again!
Easy check-in and the room is very clean, updated, every thing is in great condition and the bed super comfortable. Very nice and we'd be happy to stay here again!
Appreciated the Underground pkg., although the spaces were a bit small to maneuver. Liked that there were convenient & walkable places eat in the area. The staff was very friendly.
What an amazing experience we had at The Edgewater! The staff was so incredibly friendly. We ate at Six Seven and the food was phenomenal. We stayed there because it was convenient to the cruise port. We will DEFINITELY return!
When driving in it looked kind of old but the hotel was nice ! Regina at the front desk was so nice and helpful! Awesome energy and very welcoming . Hotel free breakfast was good! Great location! The restaurant across the street was really good too. Was here for two nights and three days! I would stay again .
It is a cute little property. The staff was super friendly.
I was a little unsure about the shared bathrooms as I had never tried it before. The bathrooms were very clean and included all the basics.
Defiantly recommend this place!
