This place was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the room was especially clean. In the morning when I was getting out of the shower, the electricity went out. No one came around and informed us of what was going on. We were on the 3rd floor. We had to make 4 trips down with our luggage. No one offered to help us, and 5 employees were just sitting around. They could have slid a note under the doors to let us know what was going on, and if we needed assistance or help gave us a phone number...

Our overall stay was pleasant. The staff was very friendly. Salli at the front desk took good care of us. All the hotels around Acadia are fully booked and very expensive. HJ Bangor is little further away but reasonably priced and convenient. The breakfast was good. The owner and staff are very polite and make you feel at Home. I would highly recommend this to a friend. Thank you Dave and Sally!!
