This resort went way above and beyond our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel very comfortable when explaining how things worked. The buffet, lounge, and free drinks and snacks were wonderful. And the facilities are very clean and very well maintained. The different onsens all have different characteristics and they're all very charming and relaxing 😊 Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious relaxing stay!
This resort was significant to how amazing our snowboarding vacation turned out. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious! It’s true they don’t change items but there were so many choices that it really wasn’t necessary. We looked forward to breakfast and dinners there the entire 4 night stay. We had the junior suite which has the stone tub as our bath and it was a dream come true. Japanese style futons were so comfortable even after a long day of snowboarding. I didn’t mind that we had to set...
We had a wonderful 2 night stay! A Mountain View room, fantastic friendly and professional staff, great facilities and scrumptious food, especially the dinners. Ikaho is made memorable because of this ryokan!
Very spacious and clean though relatively not a modern property. Ample amenities and kitchenware. Ideal for a large group and it’s very close to the resorts.
