We chose your hotel because our father was being laid to rest at the national cemetery .The front desk staff were friendly, kind , and very personable . Made checking in super quit and pleasant. Would recommend this hotel to friends staying in the area.

The staff was friendly and the the room was very clean Felt like I was in appointment and not a hotel

Hiding fees when used the pool. Room service didn’t pick up plates. And sheets were asked to be replaced and bed was fixed and same dirt sheet were put.

Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional.

My stay at Best Western plus was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and always gave a nice smile. I felt very welcome there and the view was great. 10/10 in my opinion.

Older property that seems to have had some recent renovations to rooms, not necessarily modern, but renewed. Newer floors, paint and moulding, seals around the bathroom edges, tub and toilet. Basic, but useful and clean amenities like microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer and plenty of lighting and outlets and Samsung, possibly 45 " TV bright a deep colors, not the usual faire in 2 star hotels IMO, so minor but nice surprise. I really like the way this hotel had done away with the complimentary amenities... For a 3 day stay, I could have easily done away with 12 mini bottles, at a minimum, for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. More hotels need to follow this lead. Service was friendly, place was clean and quiet, and I really like the laminate flooring... No gross dirty carpet. **free breakfast, waffles, juices. fresh fruit ** And got the coffee lovers... Starbucks is right next door... there is a walk...

Nice and safe property in the middle of an industrial center located right next door to the CHP office. Very clean and nice.

Loved it the breakfast was great

Arrived to check in and was greeted by multiple staff members. The individual who helped us at the front desk was very polite and friendly and was helpful in answering any questions we had. He also suggested an alternate entrance that would be more convenient for entry and exiting. The establishment was very clean from the lobby to the room and everywhere in between.

The only complaint is that they knew 4 people were in the room, and we had to ask for enough towels, only got 3. Also one day we did not get the room cleaned or serviced.

This is the only place I stay when I visit Riverside, been staying here for a couple of yrs already

The only thing I didn't like about this place is their continental breakfast consisted of a bagel coffee and orange juice not sure if you can honestly say thats any kind of a breakfast

Their hotel is clean compared to all the five other hotels that are in Hemet California this one's the best even motel 6 is slacking I am a house cleaner so I look at the details this one is not perfect but it's way better than the other ones enjoy your stay as I did
