"Novotel is my favorite Hotel to stay in Floripa. The check in was very efficient, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I loved the shower in the bathroom. The Gym was well equipped, I had a good work out. Great view from the pool area. The breakfast was well stocked and delicious! "
"I checked in close to midnight and immediately noticed that the sheets and pillows were dirty and covered in hair. We requested a room change, but the second room was even worse, with broken items and very poor cleanliness. At that hour, we didn’t have time or energy to keep switching rooms, so we stayed. Overall, it was an absolute disaster and extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid in Brazilian currency. I would not recommend this hotel."
