The biggest plus is the location, just a few minutes from the beach. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room is exactly as pictured, clean and airy. Soundproofing isn't great, but it doesn't significantly affect the experience. The price is reasonable.
The Memory exceeded our expectations! The staff were INCREDIBLE especially Bao, Peter, Alice, Ryan, Phung, and Toan!! They took our experience to another level. The private rooms were by far our favorite part as well as the AMAZING white coffee and delicious breakfast every morning. Nothing could beat the location and amazing staff, thanks again!!!!
Fantastic experience. Very nice sit-down check-in where we were offered an unexpected free pre-arranged airport transport in a nice van which worked out beautifully at the end of our stay. Kids were thrilled with the bunk beds. Incredible view. Everyone takes care of you. Super great house cleaning and room service. Perfect location. Rooftop is awesome.

Pros: -The hotel is located on one of the central streets, close to restaurants, grocery shops and 5 min walk from the beach.

Cons: - better maintenance needed for the pool (better cleaning, especially glass surfaces, towels near the pool instead of downstairs, toilet paper in the bathroom, drain tubes...
It wasn’t a bad location at the end of the beach boardwalk. I wish the pool water had been warm, but I was there in March so in all fairness, it was still a little chilly. The spa was wonderful. The hot tub Jacuzzi area was fabulous with the great view. It was a great buffet, and the people were incredibly wonderful and nice.

FANTASTIC choice in lodging: large room, exceptional hot water walk-in shower, fast Wi-Fi, very comfy bed, ocean view, quiet, dark sleeping drapes, 1 block to the beach, loads of restaurants and massages nearby. East West craft beer brewery is only a 5 min walk. They book activities. Quick & cheap laundering. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
