The biggest plus is the location, just a few minutes from the beach. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room is exactly as pictured, clean and airy. Soundproofing isn't great, but it doesn't significantly affect the experience. The price is reasonable.
The Memory exceeded our expectations! The staff were INCREDIBLE especially Bao, Peter, Alice, Ryan, Phung, and Toan!! They took our experience to another level. The private rooms were by far our favorite part as well as the AMAZING white coffee and delicious breakfast every morning. Nothing could beat the location and amazing staff, thanks again!!!!
We stayed in the penthouse suite on Dec 23-25th 2022. It is difficult to describe how incredible this suite was. It is brand new, top notch construction with fine attention to details and furniture. The space is absolutely gigantic and is much larger in real life than the website pictures convey. You have the entire 21st floor and multiple rooms have views of the beach. Fantastic experience. Very nice sit-down check-in where we were offered an unexpected free pre-arranged airport transport in a nice van which worked out beautifully at the end of our stay. Kids were thrilled with the bunk beds. Incredible view. Everyone takes care of you. Super great house cleaning and room service. Perfect location. Rooftop is awesome.

This is a great hotel to be at. Room is very clean, but what impressed me the most was the super-helpful housekeeping staff who goes above and beyond. She even offer to bring back for me a bowl of the best noodle in town on her lunch break.
