The biggest plus is the location, just a few minutes from the beach. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room is exactly as pictured, clean and airy. Soundproofing isn't great, but it doesn't significantly affect the experience. The price is reasonable.
I love this hotel so much, clean, nice view and won Staff specially Kim Anh a very nice lady. I’ll come back again in the future. Very strongly recommend here 5 start for this hotel.

Phuc Long has so much to offer. The hotel is modern, luxurious, and sparkling clean. From the concierge and reception staff to the housekeeping and restaurant teams, the service was consistently excellent and welcoming throughout our stay.
The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beautiful beach with stunning ocean views. Being able to simply cross the street and enjoy the beach every day was a huge plus.

The Memory exceeded our expectations! The staff were INCREDIBLE especially Bao, Peter, Alice, Ryan, Phung, and Toan!! They took our experience to another level. The private rooms were by far our favorite part as well as the AMAZING white coffee and delicious breakfast every morning. Nothing could beat the location and amazing staff, thanks again!!!!
We stayed one night because we were inbetween late flights and our next destination. Everything went smoothly. Hotel is clean, quiet, exactly the quick rest/stop we needed. Close to airport, restaurants, easy access to beach. Hoi An approx. costs $18 CAD to get to. Breakfast was worth it. Must mention that it was hard to communicate via email. (my phone only allows data so I could not call in)
This hotel was ran by the most friendly staff. They met our every need and provided assistance on everything to local dining AND helped take our luggage (we packed way too many bags) to our next local hotel. We stayed in the penthouse suite on Dec 23-25th 2022. It is difficult to describe how incredible this suite was. It is brand new, top notch construction with fine attention to details and furniture. The space is absolutely gigantic and is much larger in real life than the website pictures convey. You have the entire 21st floor and multiple rooms have views of the beach.
