The biggest plus is the location, just a few minutes from the beach. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room is exactly as pictured, clean and airy. Soundproofing isn't great, but it doesn't significantly affect the experience. The price is reasonable.
I love this hotel so much, clean, nice view and won Staff specially Kim Anh a very nice lady. I’ll come back again in the future. Very strongly recommend here 5 start for this hotel.
We stayed one night because we were inbetween late flights and our next destination. Everything went smoothly. Hotel is clean, quiet, exactly the quick rest/stop we needed. Close to airport, restaurants, easy access to beach. Hoi An approx. costs $18 CAD to get to. Breakfast was worth it. Must mention that it was hard to communicate via email. (my phone only allows data so I could not call in)
The Memory exceeded our expectations! The staff were INCREDIBLE especially Bao, Peter, Alice, Ryan, Phung, and Toan!! They took our experience to another level. The private rooms were by far our favorite part as well as the AMAZING white coffee and delicious breakfast every morning. Nothing could beat the location and amazing staff, thanks again!!!!
Fantastic experience. Very nice sit-down check-in where we were offered an unexpected free pre-arranged airport transport in a nice van which worked out beautifully at the end of our stay. Kids were thrilled with the bunk beds. Incredible view. Everyone takes care of you. Super great house cleaning and room service. Perfect location. Rooftop is awesome.
Its a excellent experience to stay in this hotel, quite near to the beach, the hotel services was excellent, the owner and staffs are friendly, good breakfast and Its affordable. I will definitely will come back one day if I visit Danang. Cheers!..

The room can be noisy from the traffic sounds from the outside. If possible ask for high floor if you have balcony in the room
I stayed here for 14 nights the staff made everything easy they gave me restaurant/coffee shop suggestions, helped me get a local SIM card, and had a motorbike delivered to the hotel with a very cheap rental price. They even parked my bike in secure basement parking for me overnight. Also, I really like the local area you get a blend of the nearby beach but you're in someone's neighborhood with Vietnamese flags outside every house. You really do get a taste of what Vietnam is really like.
