Much better than expected for a Jakarta Airport transit hotel. Good sized Good shower Good bed Good breakfast

Excellently maintained and excellent, helpful staff.

This hotel is much closer to the airport than downtown Jakarta. However, depending on the route, travel to/from the airport can take nearly as long as travel to/from downtown Jakarta. Be sure to ask the hotel staff to let the taxi driver know when you need to be at the airport.

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff, I recommend it

I had an absolutely fantastic stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet, which I had nearly everyday, always offered something new. If you’re going to Jakarta, this place is a must stay.

Good location and love the breakfast

I had a week long stay for business and stayed in the 3bd suite in tower 1 because it had a balcony and kitchen, plus it was huge, bigger than most apartments. I was not disappointed with anything. the hotel staff was great, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked really good with independent units for the Living room and Bedroom, WiFi also had good signal and was consistent. I considered breakfast to be quite reasonably priced for the good quality of the food and as others have said...

The room was a bit smaller than I had hoped for, but other than the size of the room, the room was clean, comfortable and had ease of access to public transportation and a shopping mall across the street that had many great restaurants to choose from.

The staff were wonderful and the room was perfect. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and beautiful.
