"Great establishment. Had first class. The capsule was great I just didn’t like one thermostat to control temp for all rooms, the mattress was basically non existent even though I had first class and I msgd staff about my rheumatoid arthritis. Maybe that was the best they could do, not sure but regardless the extremely thin mattress caused my hips to ache after the second day (I stayed 4 days). The absence of volume from personal tv was a shock as well, you can only hear if you connect Bluetooth headphones to tv. I understood the policy that since we were sharing spaces reduced noise was considerate and I 100% agree. ..it was just a shock to me and glad I brought both wired and wireless headphones. Showers, bathroom, & kitchen/lounge areas weren’t the cleanest (3.5/5) but it’s a hostel set up. They can’t constantly monitor / clean up behind adults. Oh also a great perk is that they will store your luggage ($10/$15 can’t remember) , allow late check out charged by the hour ($30/hr), and will let travelers use amenities for a fee and you don’t even have to have a room there. ..a great place to lounge to pass the time. "

"Beautiful pool. Expect it to be pricey it is Hawaii! Seafood buffet was a good experience in the hotel. But be aware for resorts here there is a $45 daily hidden fee they dont tell you about. Besides that the Prince Waikiki gets a 4/5 from me."

"The house keeping didnt even do regular check ins like other hotels ive stayed at. No replacement of towels, I asked them and they guy said "go get towels yourself" they also didn't even take our trash, when we first checked in there was still trash IN THE BIN. One upside is that they didn't rush me out on my last day. The girl at the front desk was also very nice."

"Parking very accessible, check in was easy. Rooms were clean, and front desk service was great as well when we requested extra towels. Loved the self check out option so we didn’t have to come down to the front desk, just took the elevator to our car and left. My only complaint was that the pool closes too early. Other than that everything was great."

"It is always a great stay at the outrigger reef. Staff are so friendly and hotel is exceptional! live music daily and monkey pod is literally so good but nothing truly beets the ocean front beach access and view. THE BEST."

"Our stay at Luana Hotel and Suites was the best ever. Room was supper clean including the bed and there ac system works so wonderfully. I just love it there, will be back again next year and will recommend to all my family and friends 😌"
