"First time visiting this location and from the start it was amazing, the girls at the reception were so attentive and welcoming, the bungalow was a dream, the view was absolutely beautiful, so relaxing! Definitely my new relaxing spot, highly recommended. "

"Was overall good. Just inconvenient not to have complimentary room service. I was there for 4 days & would have appreciated that free service. Instead I was told I could bring down the dirty towels and get new ones. It’s ok but not ideal. The washer machines weren’t working properly, some type of connection issue. Staff was excellent but because that’s owned by a third party, I wasted about 45-60 mins waiting for it to reboot and work. Again, not ideal. But pricing for the stay was great. So cannot truly complain. "

"Room was ok, a little dusty, I by mistake booked smoking instead of nonsmoking, the staff at the check did not help in any way to try in place me and my kids in a nonsmoking room stating that is what I booked, didn't even bother to check if it could be changed. I did like that the room had a window I could open so that helped a little. Pool area is kind of small where the kids are allowed, not a lot of seating area unless you are renting a cabana or a day bed, absolutely no outside food is allowed, I was trying to bring my kids fruit to snack on and that was not allowed. Other than that we had a great time. No parking fees or resort fees."
