"The staff, service, and atmostohere was exceptional. Our room was refreshed twice per day and we felt very attended too. The shuttle into Florence was very helpful and the included breakfast on the terrace was a great way to start the day. WiFi and data reception was spotty."

"On our visit to Wall Art Hotel it was being used by many tour groups for nearby Florence attractions, so the dining room was used by the tour groups only in the evenings, they accommodated us only one evening and turned us away the other. The room was clean and comfortable, but our room had a shower door issue where the door couldn't be closed all the way and water came out of the shower onto the floor. The parking garage under the hotel is convenient and room for the guests with vehicles, however there was not a button to open the garage and had to get clarification from the front desk. The hotel is about 3-4 blocks walk to the nearest train station that takes you in to Florence and the Airport. I would stay at this property again. It is conveniently located to dining options and downtown stores."
