Small four room property with friendly English speaking owner/operator. Newly renovated. Excellent location on plaza near the ferry with free parking lot across the street. Could not be more convenient place to visit the beaches. A couple with a rental car can go to and from Argostoli on the ferry for 9 euros one way. Stunning modern villa with clean pool and beautiful view. Location is difficult to find as there are two complexes (A & B) with the same name, however they are not signposted clearly at each property or easy to locate on a map. The local manager was not responsive enough and did not provide clear address details so we could find the property and had to contact them. Excellent service

A great stay at this hotel. We were given a second room without additional charge when the staff discovered that they reserved a room for three instead of four people. The suites are spacious with great patios and views. The dinner and the complementary breakfast buffets were exceptional with large varieties of food choices. Highly recommended.

The view is amazing, the property is well maintained. The dining, bar and pool area deserve an award.

Beautiful location. Nothing nearby as far as restaurants go so a car is ideal. They have a shuttle few times a day that you pay one way for. There is a small pebble beach which is really gorgeous for a swim and snorkel right by the parking lot. Breakfast is nice, lots of choices. Coffee machine worked by the third day but was quite slow for the amount of people wanting coffee. So that was a little backed up every time. They had a few kettles with black coffee but only one espresso coffee...

Hard location to find (Google Maps sends you to wrong address), and not very central, so make sure you have a car. Otherwise, though, beautiful apartment and pool with stunning view of the hills. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Our family had a great experience for 7 nights at Avithos resort. super close to the airport (9 minute), excellent location!
