My husband and I booked this property and came in late with our baby. After we checked in we realized we forgot milk for our son. Henrietta was more than helpful. She acted as if she was a Grandma for our son. She got us a cup of milk so we wouldn’t have to go back out. We went up to our room when we realized we left his bedding in a bag at home, we came down to ask for some sheets for his pack and play when she gave us clean children’s bedding. We were looking for a place with a pool to get the kids out of the house and enjoy some swimming. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. There was a group if construction workers who tracked mud everywhere so the halls and elevator had that after they came in which was frustrating for the staff as much as for the guests I am sure.
Overall it was a great family get away weekend.
Your manager Brandy is exceptional. I’ve been to many Holiday Inn’s and this one deserves the upgrades that the others have had. The other staff is very happy and caring with the exception of night staff member Holly. She needs some re-training on customer care and friendliness.
The only problem was that it was a two story hotel that DID NOT have an elevator. I had a shoulder surgery in January that didn’t allow me to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. (Please make note of lack of elevators in listings. ). Front Desk staff found another room for me on the first floor without a problem!
