Staff were all super professional and friendly, from the front desk, room cleaning person and the lovely woman who kept the breakfast area clean and stocked. Good people are what make a business great, and City Mills has outstanding staff. Keep your people and we will keep coming back!"

"Horrible! We’ve stayed at this property multiple time but the go around was horrible. No hot water in the room they gave us nor the the room they moved us to. No housekeeping and fresh towels the three days we were there. The hotel workers could care less. Will never stay at this dump again. "
