"The hotel is situated in the centre of Newry and is an ideal location for getting around the town. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and it is always a pleasure to stay here. My one complaint on this occasion was with housekeeping as my bed wsas not made up properly after my first night as the sheets were all crumpled when i pulled the duvet down ..... very disappointing"
