"Disgusting room, blankets had cigarette holes in them. Lamp shades were dirty. Only one lamp in the room worked. I booked a non smoking room, got put in a smoking room and was told “nothing can be done” Staff Saturday night was extremely rude. This is normally a main stay on race weekends I will be seeking other hotels. The manager has yet to contact me after being told several times they will. There were cigarette ashes all over our room, no phone to call the office. Bathroom was filthy. TV barely worked. And the hotel has done absolutely nothing to accommodate me for this. "
