Truly 5* experience. We really like the room layout and the Mediterranean concept. The king-size bed is so comfortable, it has the best pillow we've ever sleep on. The bath tub is huge for Asian size, plus good quality toiletries. Aside to all basic amenities bathrobes, iron & iron board also provided. The balcony size is pretty cramped with 2 small chairs & a coffee table, but wont stop us from lazying around, sipping a cup of coffee/tea while enjoying the view (we opted for deluxe river view)...
This hotel is very nice. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is great. The price is also good! They gave us amenities: 2 bottles of water, slipper, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. They even have rain shower head. I would definitely come back here next time :)
We arrived mid-day....as parking is always a concern we asked if we could park, register and then check in later. The staff directed hubby to the secure parking while I checked in as our room was ready. We have never stayed in a boutique hotel in Malacca before and we were impressed. More than friendly personal, makes you feel like home. All our needs were taking care of even the ones that are not related to them. Location wise is the best as you can walk to Jonker Street and many other historical places in few minutes. Thank you Heeren Palm Suites for your warmth welcome.
The hotel is pretty new and the accommodation is very good. Although it is a bit out of the way, we use the GRAB ehauling service. Make sure you go to next door Starlight Restaurant and try the local cooking - excellent taste and reasonably price.

Con: only four lifts for the whole building, not efficient. Front desk quite slow to check in / check out
