A truly wonderful stay. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was excellent, set within a wonderful winery setting that made the experience even more memorable. Being a working, family-owned winery gave the property a unique charm and authentic atmosphere. The accommodation itself was fabulous — comfortable, stylish, and beautifully maintained. Highly recommended and would gladly return.
We loved our stay at Casanova in the superior room. The location is perfect, an easy drive into Braga and also a great launching point for Geres. No worries about parking at Casanova; free, secured and flat parking lot. Owner Anna will tell you exactly where to park in Braga. Great property with lovely staff. Felt like we were the only guests at times but it was full! Pool was a delight, billiard room was fun and the common areas were thoughtfully laid out and decorated.
Rooms were neat and modern, staff were attentive and kind, breakfast was in abundance lots of choices in sweet and savory. Pool area is huge and the sauna was a plus for me after completing the Camino De Santiago.
Stayed here for a wedding. Was pleasantly surprised at the amenities and service. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. Only downside was that getting to town required a short drive but uber rides were quick and inexpensive
Wonderful stay for us and our friends who all booked other rooms in the same hotel as we were visiting for a wedding. It is a bit further from the center of the city so we had to use a vehicle to get there. We found a nice walk/bike/run trail that starts near the hotel and goes towards nearby parks! The gym was super convenient to use. The breakfast was fantastic. Luggage storage came in handy and was smooth after we checked out so that we could explore nearby before our departure.
