"From the front door, we were excited to stay at this hotel. The front desk clerk was inviting. Our room was very nice, quiet and comfortable. Only drawback is the ice machine was broken and we had to go to another floor. In the morning, we enjoyed breakfast. "
"Before checking in, we were getting strange vibes. As we entered through the sliding doors, the overwhelming chlorine odor. As we were checking in, we noticed the breakfast area in the lobby and it was disappointing. We checked in and went to our room that was off the lobby. The room needs updates. We didn't even sit on the bed."
"I was just looking for a long weekend away and found a good price for opening weekend (1/4 of the standard summer rate). Room had a musty smell, bathroom floor was visibly dirty, especially when it got any water on it, rug in room looked like it was from a dorm room, and it looked like paint had been slapped on furniture and spots on the wall to poorly coverup how old everything was. The only positive was the staff trying to make sure I was comfortable and had a good experience. They were very friendly and accommodating for what was in their control. I would have been furious if this was the hotel I walked into during full priced summer. "
"We loved the hotel & the team that checked us in was awesome. We used the outside firepit area and it was lovely. Loved the fruited water option in addition to thr coffee. The only issue we had was 0 maid service while we were there for 2 nights. "
