We would stay here again! Walking distance to all of the must see attractions (Academia, Uffizi, etc.) Comfortable bed, clean room, and good breakfast included. One thing to note; the night we arrived, we entered the building and the hotel desk and lobby are not on the main floor. I can't imagine what people could possibly complain about at this hotel. The staff is warm and welcoming. The breakfast served is excellent. The rooms are large and comfortable - and very quiet. This hotel was excellent I have nothing negative to say about. the rooftop pool was nice the bar on the rooftop was very nice. the bartenders there gave excellent service the sandwiches they sell at the bar were delicious. The breakfast buffet was good in the morning. I went in July so it was hot the air conditioning in the room was excellent “hard thing to find in Italy” I would stay here again.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was very good. The location was fine, it was in a quiet place but walkable to all the surrounding points of interest. The lobby and the room were fine. The variety of the breakfast (buffet) was very good. I just didn't like the furniture of the room since it was a mixture of some different styles. The bathroom was nice, modern but one of the doors of the shower was missing so when we took a shower we spilled water all around.

Limited transportation and the taxis were extremely expensive they will charge 165 euros one way for 30 minute drive. If you plan to go to Tuscany you need a car btw most cars are manual I don’t know how to drive it so I was stuck in the hotel for few days. To use public transportation you need to walk 39 minutes and is a lil dangerous because they don’t have side walk in the 15minutes from your trip.

Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint.
