"The hotel has no onsite front desk. If you have never been there and arrive at night - and you are clueless as to how to navigate around the building - good luck! Basically, you park on one side of the building and the rooms are accessed on the other side. But you have to either navigate through some outdoor ramps and stairs, or some indoor stairs. But, whichever one you choose - it might take you where you think you need to go, or not. Just a few a simple signs would have helped immensely - something like “all rooms are accessed up these stairs”. Once I found my room it unfortunately didn’t have hot water. Perhaps I didn’t give it enough time to reach either the sink or shower faucets, but 60+ seconds should have been long enough. "
