Hotels in Point Pleasant

"The beakfast was fresh, A/C worked fine........unfortunately there was a period of about 4 hours w/o water. I was not in my room when the front desk tried to reach me and there was no phone message or even a note slipped under the door. I stayed at this same hotel last July (first floor) and thought it was excellent.......This time I was put into a well worn handicap room (NOT requested) on the third floor. It was not as clean or as well taken care of.......If someone is NOT handicapped, it is rather awkward to deal with low towel racks etc. I'm inclined not to go back.....there are plenty of choices in that area."

"The room was clean, but not like what was pictured online when I booked. Hotel is older and in disrepair as was the room. The room was also VERY sparse and furniture was pretty beat up. I felt like I paid WAY too much money for the condition of the hotel and room. "

"Everything exceeded my expectations! Very clean, shoutout to staff Mandy (maintenance), Kay and Jordon at the front desk for exceptional customer service!! Please buy them a pizza dinner, they are well worth it!!"

"No hot water at night of check in or in the morning for shower, Luke warm at best. At check in , staff clerk eating food. Beds were small. "

"We stayed in a King Suite that had a separate door on the bedroom and a pullout couch. The room included a small kitchenette with a nice-sized fridge, way bigger than is typical. We didn’t use the dishes or appliances but did sit at the table & eat our take out. Room was clean but shower/bathroom showed small signs of water damage and could use a tiny update. The only other downside was that the spare blanket we tried to use for pullout bed was pulling and shedding everywhere. We went out and bought sheets and a blanket for my daughter as a result. Breakfast is typical and staff were friendly. Overall, a good value for a quick trip to see family. "

"The location is ideal for visiting Newport or Cincinnati as it’s just a few minutes from 275. The view of the storage facility is not ideal but still nice for views of the valley. The breakfast was made in house and served early each morning. Overall it was a great layout and had good flavor. Staff was super nice, friendly and desired to make our experience as best as possible. Only ranking a 4 out of 5 because pool was out of commission due to mechanical failure and when it was reopened the water was cold."
