Second time staying here and it was better than the first. We had our 20lbs newly adopted dog with us and the staff was so friendly and made our stay so comfortable. Dog bed with a blanket plus water/food bowls in room. Comfortable bed, good bedding and plenty of parking with in and out privileges. Will stay here again- thanks to you all.
The College Inn was a cute and comfy place to stay while visiting Monmouth/Western Oregon University. It’s in a very convenient location near a Carl’s Jr. (open late for those arriving on late flights), Dutch Bros., and a tractor supply store. I mention that tractor store bc they had long socks which my kid needed for soccer and forgot to pack them! The staff was friendly during check in and checking out was a breeze.

Everything was great. Room was comfy. But would of liked to been able to buy microwave popcorn for a treat to us. Breakfast was good. Could if been warmer.
Been here with the family a few times now and every time an excellent, worries-free stay. Everything's just right, for some reason. This time, Kelly, who managed the breakfast area, really stood out. She runs a tight ship (not always the case at these kinds of hotel breakfast stations) and was friendly and personable, very welcoming, which is above and beyond my expectations. This motel/inn has been in McMinnville many years, so the building and site are definitely vintage. Our room was SUPER clean, lobby was clean and staff was great. Definitely a great value and we will stay again!
Small but clean and comfortable room was all it needed to be...a good place to end up after a long drive. The rooftop bar closed before I was ready but it was mid week at 11:30. I love the unique artsy environment and downtown location is ideal.

Our first visit to Oregon and we had a delightful stay at Atticus. The staff were great and offered coffee 24/7 which was nice touch. The only complaint is that the TV was placed on an odd wall that made it near impossible to view from the bed. The restaurant had great breakfast on the weekend and the weekdays offered a free light continental breakfast. Good location to explore Oregon wine country.
Limited parking since downtown but the valet service was EXCELLENT! Breakfast and dinner and bar were great. Bummer there was such a homeless population downtime and viewable on the streets and from dinner/bar.
This is a terrific way to experience RV living but instead of doing all the work, you instead get spoiled all the way! Imagine just pulling up to find.. Beautiful, fun, clean classic RV (stayed in The Ideal) with patio area already set up with bikes, grill with utensils, and seating area. Inside, RV restored by the amazing Flyte Camp as seen on HGTV, awaits you stocked with everything you could want and more (coffee, cream, cold waters in fridge, games, robes, heater, TV, microwave). The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy with lots of pillows. The view was beautiful and the breakfast of croissants and fresh fruit so yummy! The only thing I struggled with was getting to the actual property. It was on a long gravel road but signs very clear on how to reach the property. You don’t have any neighbors or adjoining properties so this is quite peaceful 😊
