"We stayed 3 nights, our room was never cleaned, and they were out of bath towels our entire stay. Only 1 of 2 elevators was operable (and no service elevator) so we had to take the stairs our entire stay (even with luggage). Breakfast was a zoo every morning. Not enough seating, not enough food, no one cleaning tables. This hotel is soooooo understaffed and they cannot keep up with the amount of guests they have. "

"Our room was nice, and clean. Desk staff, and all other staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Small kitchenette was adequate for what we needed. The outlets in the bathroom didin't allow you to plug in the hair dryer. (We bought an extension cord so I could dry my hair in front of a mirror.) The "deck" was too small to actually use, but we prefer to sit by the ocean or pool anyway. The pool areas are nice, as is the beach area. Loved the location. Just a nice (0.25 miles) from Flagler. "

"Vent return for the air and in this case heat made banging noises. Thankfully once I was asleep I didn’t notice it. Only did it one day. "

"Ambros is a beautiful, clean, comfortable, beachfront hotel. The staff is kind and always available. It also has a very pleasant pool area which we couldn’t use because the wind was too strong. It is a very nice place to stay."

"We stayed two nights and found the room to be very spacious, featuring two queen beds and a balcony. While it appeared partially renovated, some elements, like the low toilet and sinks, felt a bit dated, and there was minor rust on some metal furniture. Overall, the room was fairly clean. The continental breakfast was very limited, offering only basic items like small muffins, granola bars, or applesauce, though the coffee was good. The hot tub worked great, even in cooler weather, and the beachfront location was excellent. One inconvenience was that the room was supposed to include a hair dryer, but it was not provided, and staff were unable to locate one when requested. Overall, we would rate our stay as good."
