"This was an amazing stay! The room was comfortable and the main house literally has everything you need! Full kitchen, laundry, fireplace, and spa. If I have one complaint it would be the amount of stairs to bring my luggage up and down to get to my room #6. Otherwise, I would 100% recommendation."

"Wonderful hotel! Hotel was clean, great rooms and beds, outstanding breakfast. Staff was super helpful giving us directions to shuttle stop to the Incline. After our hike and after we checked out the staff allowed us to access the pool/ shower area so we could relax our sore muscles and shower off before we drove home.

We stayed just one night here while passing through town and loved Villa Motel! It's super cute and retro looking, but the rooms inside of been updated pretty recently. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I loved how close it was to walk to the historic downtown area, but juuuuust far enough away (3 blocks-ish) that it was quiet and you forgot there was a bustling downtown packed with people. We really liked this location and plan to come back and stay here for more than just one night....
The hotel was in a perfect location to see anything in the Colorado Springs area. The hotel was also very nice and new. The room was as nice as an apartment and had everything you would need for a long stay. The only complaint I have, and it's very minor, is the breakfast area was super small. It had 3 maybe 4 tables and a small bar so 15 people and it's full. I went there multiple days at multiple times and it was full every time but one. I just got my food and took it to my room but it could...
We stayed in the "pet-friendly" room (Rm 100). The bathroom and bedsheets were nice & clean, but the rest of the room wasn't. Looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. Found a bit of dog food (kibble) behind the TV, and worst of all, found some Advil tablets next to the bed. What if my dog had ingested that? This is the kind of stuff that would have been picked up had the room been vacuumed. The thermostat in this room is a bit wonky, as the wall unit either blew too hot or too cold. ...
We had a great stay in Aug 2017. Everyone at the hotel was super helpful and accommodating. One of the managers even greeted guests at breakfast to see if anyone needed anything. And speaking of breakfast, what a spread! There were so many delicious choices and everything was so fresh. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was minutes away from prime attractions, like Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. If we return to the area, we'll definitely stay here again.
This is the place to stay!!!! So relaxed, and comfortable. We had an amazing time. The deer will lay down 10 feet away from you. Stay here if you want a great relaxed time.
We only stayed one night but it's a very nice clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable the air conditioning worked well, the bathroom was nice and clean. Check in ladies were extremely efficient and very friendly and knowledgeable.
Great place to spend some time away. I booked here for a few days for my birthday. Loved all of the privacy and the pool. I had a few questions one day, called Ryan, and he answered all of them and was very pleasant to speak with. Will go back again.
This is a great old historic building, with correct period furnishings. It was originally built as a hospital, but works fine as a hotel. WARNING: Some of the rooms have no bathrooms (I'm not sure how many), so if you want to avoid going down the hall for a morning shower, be sure to ask for a room with a bathroom. The staff here couldn't be more helpful and friendly. We had a very enjoyable stay. There is a shuttle service to the "downtown" if you don't want to drive the 1/2 mile or so...
We had a grat visit. The property is beautiful. The little town is amazing. The hiking trails are awesome (but challenging for two out-of-shape, low altitude loving Texans. Lol). My only complaint would be getting and turning in the keys to our room. The lock boxes to retrieve the keys are a bit awkward and dont seem very secure, and leaving the keys in the room and texting that you're checked out left me feeling a bit uneasy.
Otherwise, everything was great.
