This hotel is a gem!! The private beach access alone makes it a must stay! The food by the beach is great and the beach chairs and easy water access means you can stay out there all day. Hotel was in a great location right across the street from the water. Many great restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. Private beach club entry $40 per room was very convenient across the street and gave you access to beach, lounge chair and umbrella. Breakfast was plentiful & lovely. Hubby and I spent 4 nights in this great hotel for our 30th anniversary. We arrived early on check in day and the room was not ready. They gave suggestions on having a bite to eat and held our luggage for us. Upon our return, we were ecstatic to find out they upgraded our room! Such a great surprise! Let me start with the price of the stay. Amazingly cheap for what you get, which is a nice hotel in the middle of Maiori, as close to the beach as you can get.
We booked a cheaper room the first night that was cramped and had a small balcony with a few of the back of the building. Not impressive at all. The second two nights, we have a superior room with water view and it was amazing. The difference in price between the two was only about 20 euros per night, so I would definitely recommend...

We had a fabulous experience at Villa Fraulo. When we arrived, the hotel staff was waiting at the entrance to greet us and make us welcome. We had 2 rooms, each w/ a balcony overlooking the Med. Just returned from a week stay at the property. We were impressed from beginning until the end. Wonderful property with direct access to the sea, which we felt was very rare and valuable in amalfi coast. Amazing friendly stuff and gorgeous views.Our 4 year old enjoyed the sea water beds, kayak and pool. Convenient to minori and amalfi location. Would love to come back one day!
All the staff were so kind and helpful! They helped us with all of our dinner suggestions and things to do around town! Restaurants on site made dining for lunch and dinner very convenient, and the food was awesome! The pool was magnificent with a bar area and views all day. We will miss this Hotel as it is one of the best hotels we have stayed at.
We stayed here recently, family of four with two kids. The hotel is neat and clean, modern looking and the the food is amazing, especially the buffet breakfast which is included in the price. The location can't be beat, it's right in front of the pompei ruins and there are awesome food places right near the hotel. The staff were amazing too. I would love to stay again at this hotel.

The hotel and staff were very good. Its placed just off the main street, so you don't have to hear all the noise. There is a national forest in the back of the city that you can enjoy a nice walk with small waterfalls. The staff was spot on on all their recommendations. When we go back, we will stay here again.
I loved staying here. I highly recommend this Hotel. It’s not close to Sorrento, so renting a car is a good idea if you fly or train to Napoli. The road to Almafi coast is crowded and narrow, plus difficult parking anywhere, so I would suggest the ferry or bus.
I didn’t know they had a shuttle service to the train station until my last day. I could have saved a lot of money. The taxis are Very expensive and the shuttle was 2.50 compared to 20 one way.
