Self check in was a bit tricky- one of our reservations easily came up on the computer, but the other didn't (we had 2 rooms). However, a call to the number located on check in and the person on the other end quickly got it sorted and checked us in. This hotel is in an old building, but has been renovated. Everything was comfortable and well decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. We were upgraded to a much larger room, (the size of an apartment) which was nice. The location is ideal - A short walk to the train station.
