"Front desk staff the best, but I paid $60 for the room, I come earlier. 11 am I want to check in 3 hours earlier and paid but they want $60.00 for 3 hours, ridiculous"
"Clean room. The bottom sheet was just a loose sheet draped over the mattress. Great shower. Friendly staff. Small but nice breakfast in cosy restaurant. Great location. "
"Hotel is very cool with a museum in the basement and fun lofts in the rooms! Everything about the hotel was great except the hot water. There was none in the evening when I tried to shower but it was back in the morning"
"For the price, this is an excellent place to stay while visiting Buenos Aires. You are a ~15 minute walk from all the major downtown sites. The neighbourhood itself felt very safe, even at night. The staff were very helpful. The water/coffee/tea in the lobby was appreciated. The room itself is sufficient. Feels like a fancy dorm room, but it has everything you need. Note that there are no windows (other than one opening in the inner hallway), so I had to get outside regularly, (which was the whole point of my visit).
Would stay again and would highly recommend to others."
"This was an amazing hotel. The room was just the right size, the staff was amazing! In fact, they went above and beyond for me when I was not feeling well. Truly a class act organization.
The location is great. Easy walking and safe. Touristy stuff nearby but easy to get to the other parts of town by walking or by Subte, which is close.
I really cannot say enough about the caring and thoughtful staff. They really treated me well and with concern. 100 stars!!"
