Conveniently located near a 24hr store, train station, and the Coex Mall/Library. I wish the gym was 24hrs, but other than that great amenities overall.

Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Korea so far. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent, and the room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. 10/10 highly recommend!

Flew in from Texas for a week long trip to see all the sights. Check in was super quick and they speak English/very kind. No deposit required. Moment I get into the room was impressed. Room was equipped with harness to rappel down out of the window in the event of a fire. Felt like Batman. Pretty cool. Bed is comfy and the hotel wifi is free, fast and reliable. The hotel is beautifully decorated and at a wonderful location close to the sought after tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the variety. One thing of note was that upon requesting some ice, I was asked to pay a minimal fee. In all my stays at luxury hotels, I cannot recall being charged for ice. I am not sure if there is something particular about ice here but you may consider providing this as a complimentary amenity to your guests as I felt a bit embarrassed for the staff...

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It was conveniently located next to a train/subway station (access to 2 lines) which is accessible via the bridge walkway. There is also the Sinyongsan station across the street from that which gives you access to even more lines. Great place to stay.

Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.

The location was excellent. Close to everything. The family room on the 8th floor was spacious and quiet. My favorite part of the room was automatic water dispenser! Korean winter is pretty dry and having water dispenser and kettle was great way to hydrate. The CREW were accommodating. We were able to check in early and get needed rest. We received a welcome snack and that was very sweet! Special shout out to Benny at the bar, who took care of us when I needed non-sugary, non-alcoholic drink....
