Nicely located in Gangnam a few blocks from Seolleung Station. Many food options just across the street. Hotel also has a Vegan cafe on site. Room (double twin) was sizable and beds comfortable. Easy to book a massage in the spa. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. We spoke little Korean and had no issues conveying our needs. Would stay again.
Our stay at Hotel in 9 was fantastic! The location couldn’t be more convenient — Starbucks is right next door, and COEX Mall is within easy walking distance. The staff were outstanding, friendly, and spoke English very well, which made everything smooth and comfortable.
The rooms were spotless, modern, and just the right size for two people. The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful after long days out exploring Seoul.

I had a perfect experience with that hotel! People are nice, room was nice and clean, there is a beautiful pool area on the rooftop, but what really stood out for me (in a positive way) was the amazing service! Especially the lady at the reception called Sue! An Angel in disguise:)
Loved this hotel, it was just as the photos show it to be. Clean, beautiful and unique. Worth the stay. I wish the loft area had its own toilet/sink to avoid going up and down the stairs at night. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and the decor was amazing.
I tried to find a reason not to give Acube a 5, but I just can't find one. Probably the only improvement opportunity is the snack selection, but you can walk 2 minutes down the block and find more of those. The location is perfect for the subway, the airport bus, shopping, site seeing and food so, what more could you ask. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful.
