The building was an example of fine architecture and well decorated. The room was exactly as advertised with a great view of the surrounding area. The most important part of my stay was the attention provided by Taieb the manager whether it was help with finding a tour guide or when a where to have breakfast everything ran smooth and I felt like my patronage was valued. Anyone staying at this property will not be disappointed.
The property was gorgeous - marble everywhere. The staff was extremely professional, accommodating, multilingual. I was surprised that the gym was not on par with the rest of the services, but you could still do what you needed to do.

Wonderful hotel, super helpful staff, beautiful, quiet rooms and a lovely garden in the back where you can sit and enjoy a coffee. The fresh cooked breakfast is a nice way to start the day.
The rooms are very clean, the beds have cozy duvets and plenty of pillows. We were there in the winter and the rooms had heat and were plenty warm. The property was beautiful. The food was amazing, but the staff, they were so incredible. I have never been to a hotel where the staff greeted me with so much sincerity and kindness. They went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our stay was special. We came for a wedding, and got back to the hotel at 4a. The staff, after seeing how late we got in, made sure that the kitchen stayed open until we woke up so that we could have breakfast. Every time we saw C, the smile that she greeted us...
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at, and I had a wonderful experience at the Barcelo Concorde Les Berges du Lac.
