You could really feel that he enjoys his work and genuinely cares about the guests and the hotel he represents. He was very knowledgeable, and professional. Excellent customer service is not only about being helpful—it is also about making guests feel comfortable, valued, and welcome. He certainly did that for us. He is a wonderful representative of the hotel, and employees like him are one of the reasons guests would want to return. "This is our go to spot. The rooms are dated but always clean prices are economical and they do not charge for parking. Great location to be close to our daughters at sdsu Only wish they would get rid of carpet in rooms. There is a distinct smell in every room. An old musty smell that I assume is the carpet."
