The location is everything as it is 1 street over from main street. The room was a nice size with 2 double beds and was clean with a large private balcony overlooking the street. The room had a mini fridge, a TV with limited cable, a telephone, great air conditioning and lighting. The bathroom was small with a very small and low toilet, low water pressure and a very small shower head, but the water temperature was good. Also limited counter space. Summer camp is superior. Super friendly, accommodating, and welcoming staff, one of the most conveniently located hotels on island, super clean overall, upbeat and modern lobby/lounge area, well decorated and furnished rooms with useful amenities, & an excellent ocean view from our room! The front porch right on the harbor was one of our favorite features! I could go on & on, if you are going to stay in Oak Bluffs STAY AT SUMMERCAMP!!

We stayed at this small, quaint inn for three nights recently while exploring the Cape, and if we ever come back I would definitely stay here again. We loved the beautiful setting and the well-cared for grounds. Coffee on the balcony was a joy. The owner was so helpful with suggestions for ferries, restaurants, routes, etc... Yes, the place is a bit dated, but that's part of the charm, I think. The only thing I think should be addressed would be new mattresses.
Cute boutique roadside motel from the bygone era. Greg has upgraded and maintained the motel so nicely. Extra touches in the room like a personalized welcome note and a chocolate treat are an extra touch that make you feel like your business is appreciated. Our 2 queen bed room was very spacious and clean. The balcony view overlooking the harbor was very nice. The property has ample parking with easy room access and is very centrally located. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.
This is a quaint property with a friendly staff. The rooms were spacious with all the amenities needed and there is an area open all day with coffee and tea service. The breakfast was small but tasty with homemade muffins. Highly recommend!
Hotel was good overall and staff was excellent. However, I was disappointed that I had to pay $48 at checki-in for water, parking and WIFI when parking was all I wanted.
We stayed for 3 nights. We visited Cape Cod National Seashore on our arrival day. The next day we took a roundtrip ferry ride to Nantucket. The day after, a round-trip ferry ride to Martha's vineyard. Breakfast was included. We had a room on the 2nd floor which was nice and quiet.
The cottage is directly across the street from the harbor and the ferry. It’s within walking distance to practically everything in Oak Bluffs. The staff/owners were wonderful and friendly! This place was so clean and spotless. They even offered complimentary sodas and water. I had left my body lotion in the car on the mainland and the owner actually brought me some up to my room!! We spend a couple of nights and will absolutely return! We were overly pleased with this stay!
Great location. Just steps away from Craigville. Rooms are clean and quaint. We loved hanging out on our private patio. We got a partial ocean view room, which basically means downstairs room. Next time we stay we are going to pay the extra money for a ocean view room , which is an upstairs room with a balcony and they must have really great views. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. They gave us a tour of their regatta suite and we would really love to stay there for our anniversary....
Our room was so comfortable and quiet. The beds were terrific! It was easy to check in and out and so close to the Glass museum and great restaurants. We’ll certainly stay here again on our next trip to the Cape!
We went to the free bird when we weren’t able to go camping because of rain. We were skeptical.. but we were very pleasantly surprised! The pool area was gorgeous the room was very clean and new. The service was quick when we needed new towels. Overall GREAT experience. If we are in the area again would def go back. They also set the room up with balloons and cupcakes for my birthday so sweeet!
Place was amazing, downstairs rooms very close to the water, everything looks brand new, bathroom was kind of small but again, so many great things compensate all.
The motel is older but is incredibly clean. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful. It is right in a business district so we were able to walk to everywhere including the beach. We are making plans to go back. Thank you!
