"Great selection at breakfast with allergens clearly labelled on most items. Gym was spacious and had a few different pieces of equipment. Dinner included in the room rate was a plus too!"
"Great location, close to everything. Nice to have the kitchen, there were 4 of us staying overnight and the two who slept on the sofa bed said it was perfectly comfortable. The fridge didn't make any noise at all, which I think is important when you're sleeping in the same room as the kitchen! Good for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't really want to hang out there for any length of time. "
"A nice standard hotel in an awesome location. The best part were the wonderful staff who were not only super sweet but extremely helpful multiple times! Highly recommend for an affordable little stay right in the heart of town"
"Without a doubt the worst place I have ever booked on Hotels.com.
My work colleague and myself arrived at the "hotel" to find no way in. The key that the message from the manager had stated that it was in a lock box but that was open and missing the key.
As we were trying to figure a way in to the "hotel" the police arrived to perform a welfare check on one of the residents.
Seeing us standing there they called someone who then called someone else who came down and opened the door.

"A lovely hotel with friendly staff, it was a real pleasure to stay at the Scandic CH. Check-in was easy and quick. My room was clean and spacious and had everything I needed. Breakfast was nice and plentiful.
The added bonus of the gym on the top floor was handy.
I had a nice time at this hotel and would recommend."
"Good size room, comfortable beds, clean, great breakfast! Great central location, only negative was the late-night street noise, but that's not the hotel's fault. "

Centrum-Sandbacka is home to Parkbadet Aquatic Center, so why not stop by during your stay in Sandviken. If you have fun at Parkbadet Aquatic Center, you'll love Högbo Bruks AB, located nearby.
The hosts could not have been nicer. Gracious, hard working people! The room was well maintained. The Old Mill is in a pretty remote small town and parts of the town are a bit run down. However it is not unsafe. It was peaceful and a very good value. The restaurant was closed when I was there so I didn't get an opportunity to have a breakfast or eat at the restaurant. But the self serve kitchen had everything needed to heat a pizza, make coffee, etc. Thanks for your hospitality!

We stayed one night during a winter car vacation along the east coast. The hotel is central to shopping, restaurants, and lovely neighborhoods. Street parking was free from 7 pm to 9 am. The facility is steeped in history with charming furnishings in the common spaces and high quality beds and bedding in the room - the most comfortable of all the hotels during our trip. Warm fresh bread and lots of other delicious breakfast offerings. Coffee and tea in the common area as you wish. It’s a...
