Hotels in Silver Reef

"We stayed here two nights. The first night the sheets were so itchy!! Even my 3 year old daughter was itching all night. So I took at the blankets and sheets off the bed, the made the bed with new sheets and we slept like a dream. Also the shower was not warm at all. All that I could ask for while traveling with young kids is a nice hot shower. Nope! Be the hot tub outside had hotter water! It was not a pleasant stay at all! "

"The worst experience ever. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, at 5pm was told the room is still not ready. We had to sit in the lobby until the room was “ready” The front desk said she couldn’t even “call” us when the room was ready and we had to come back and check. She couldn’t even put us in another room, because it didn’t comp what we paid… Eventually cleaning crew said they are no longer cleaning and our room wouldn’t be ready. Front desk eventually put us in a ADA room. We asked for a bottom floor room, due to traveling with luggage and she put us on a second floor. The reasoning was it was close to an elevator. Room was dirty. Found hairs on the bed and toilet. Will attach photos! At this point , we were just happy to get a room. checked out at 8am … and no food at breakfast. No coffee, no plates….. like why even advertise it. When we checked out the elevator didn’t work and the ice machine didn’t work. What a jinx By the way we were traveling with a newborn, paid extra for the bassinet + 1 person. Couldn’t be any worse of an experience. I’ve never written a review, but this experience calls for it. "

"Loved the room it was very welcoming coming in one con was there was chipped paint in the bathroom and there was someone else hair in the shower but other then that great place "

"Could have used a printer at the Business Center. Shinepay chargers were completely useless (with an android phone) and cost me $15 to find this out. Tv not able to use casting from computer so stuck with only your channels. Otherwise ok but need charging if i would consider in the future."

"Attended Matt’s off-road adventure so needed room to park trailers. They opened dirt lot close. No problems. The pool area is lacking. One little sun shade for 30 people. Pool cold. Uncomfortably cold. Solar blanket, heater? Fans with misters? "

"Quick spring break trip with my two teenagers. We love this hotel. Convenient location, nice and quiet. Fresh cooked omelet is a plus!"
