The unit was beautiful. The location right in the middle of Hastings Street right between the beach and the river was perfect. Rebecca and Markella took care of all our needs. The was a minor water disruption during a repair but the ladies gave us access to the adjacent unit if we needed anything. They offered to put us in a different unit but that wasn't necessary as the water outage was only a couple of hours. We hope Rebecca and Markella are there for our next trip to Noosa.

Enjoyed my stay at Element on Coolum! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Easy check-in and check-out process - staff is friendly. The location is across the street from Coolum Beach with plenty of options to eat, shop, etc. The grocery store, Cole’s, is right around the corner. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and appliances you’d likely need. Washer and Dryer is available in the unit (although the they are quite loud). Very comfortable stay in apartment with everything I needed. A little thing I know but I appreciated the better than usual quality toilet paper and the amount of tea bags supplied was plentiful. However, Hotels.com states that microwaves are available on request so I made a request only to find all rooms have a microwave and there was no need to make the request. Please amend your website Hotels.com.
