Roots Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The balcony was great for relaxing at night or having coffee in the morning (which the coffee was an added bonus from the hotel). I loved the pool area outside and being able to put my feet in and read. Would stay again!"
Hotel 3K Faro Aeroporto
10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely textbook hotel. It’s a 10 min walk as you leave the airport door. It also has Super Bock on tap. It’s 10/10 from me."
Dom Jose Beach Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We originally looked at booking in vilamoura ,but wanted something closer to the beach , this hotel fitted that bill perfectly, the location was fantastic in proximity to the beach, it was right in front of the hotel, we did bed and breakfast, the breakfast was very good, the rooms were really nice , and the cleaned daily , we had a sea view, which was lovely, staff were really friendly and extremely helpful, I can only find one negative, unfortunately the pool area was a bit small for the number of guests for the hotel , and beds were quickly taken , and quite tightly packed together, the hotel does have its own beach area , and you can book loungers and parasols , at the beach hut , for 15 euros a day , for 2 loungers and a parasol, we found this to be better than the pool area for us , but that was personal preference, on the whole I would definitely stay here again , Quarteira is a nice enough resort ,the promenade area of quarteria is lovely."
Best Western Hotel Dom Bernardo
10/10 Excellent
"Convenient location. Great staff who are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had all the amenities."
Luxury Guest House Opus One
10/10 Excellent
"Very interesting boutique lodging. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location close enough to historic district but far away from the main tourist nonsense. We would highly recommend."
PortoBay Blue Ocean
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful hotel, pool immaculate and rooms lovely. Cleaned rooms every day and all staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was sumptuous, would highly recommend this hotel if you want a total relax. Sept was lovely time to go, high twenties and loads of sunbeds available."
Vale do Lobo Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Couldn’t fault a thing. Amazing for our 2 year old and staff went above and beyond. Will be back next year"
À da Avó - The Guesthouse
8/10 Good
"Nice clean room the suite was very good and close to everything you need in the area but out of the main hussle and bussle of the town. Town was around 14 min walk."
Aquashow Park Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This place was great. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was perfect location to reach everything we wanted to reach. We had a rental car which opened us to explore what the local scene had to offer. Beaches, Night markets, Supermarkets, Late night local Ice creams shops, Festivals, the lot! Underground parking was excellent at keeping the car cool. Rental towels (10 euro Cash deposit each) were very convenient as we were travelling very light. The Aqua Park was great fun. Be sure to check your child's height. 140cm + gets you full access to everything. Sub 120cm excludes some of the rollercoasters and big slides. Sub 110cm excludes a lot of the slides. Only a few Kiddy slides left to explore. A quick 5 min walk to the park. Wrist bands get you straight it. You will have to leave your stuff unattended if you plan on moving around the park as a family. Or you can rent a locker for 10euro per day. But everyone leaves their stuff on the grassed area and there seems to be a level of trust amongst everyone. We left our towels, phones and flip flops and never had anything missing."
