Specifically, staff looked at guests and smiled, a real smile as if they were glad we were there. Just after my spouse mentioned the pleasantness of staff, a staff member rolling an empty luggage cart said a happy, "Good morning to you" as he rolled by. Breakfast staff were equally attentive and aware. Good training and good culture. Also, the coffee was surprisingly good, and very hot. Thank you!
