Sophia was extraordinarily helpful and informative and also did a wonderful wine tasting! This resort is an oasis outside of the busy and hyper-touristy albeit beautiful city of Alghero. Absolutely loved staying here! So many things that are positive- the view from the balcony was stunning! We were blessed with a beach concert that was so much fun to watch from the balcony. We arrived to the welcoming white arches and garden of an older hotel which had been modernized (with an infinity style swimming pool that includes a shaded area) and kept up, perched above a deep bay just north of magnificent Alghero. Very attractive resort, Mediterranean but modern property extends side to side with buildings in a U, so everyone has a view. Staff was so friendly and helpful from front desk to bartenders. Spacious patio overlooking the sea. Only issue was probably personal- bed was a bit hard. But I made a comfy place in the daybed and slept very well.
Angelo was a great host- he made our two day stay in Alghero unforgettable . We had the opportunity to have taste of his wine as well and it was impeccable taste. From the time of our check in Angelo made sure that we had some time to check in and he made us some delicious breakfast and not to forget the cappuccinos. Only inconvenience was a very strong sewage smell all over the place.
The hotel is outdated but very clean and has a nice breakfast, a great location near the beach, a grocery store across the street and lovely staff.
I'd rather they don't do unnecessary renovations to keep the prices reasonable.
So it's perfect for my needs and I highly recommend it.
We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The staff was unbelievable and couldn't have made us feel more at home for being so far away from home. The managers and bartenders and servers were just fantastic. We will definitely be staying there again. My sincere gratitude to the staff.
We had a lovely stay with Matteo and Cristina in Alghero. Quiet, clean and friendly. Nice self-serving breakfast and tasty coffee! Lots of beaches nearby with car or bus!
