"The room was spotless, the bathroom was spotless and extremely well appointed. The blackout shade in the room did its job perfectly. The bed and bedding were perfect. We liked the fact that the back door was locked regardless of the time of day and had to use your room key to get in. The coffee and light breakfast was a great way to grab a coffee and a yogurt. The staff at the front desk was top notch and this was just a really great Hyatt. The last one we stayed at was in Connecticut and it was just okay, they need to learn from this Hyatt. We will be back."

"Incredible staff. Great location. Attention to guests superlative.West Point tours were fantastic. Only complaint was that it is extremely pricey. Which is understandable considering where we stayed. We ate there for 2 dinners, one lunch, and 1 breakfast. Meals are expensive but were great except for a breakfast that was stone-cold for $24 each."

Even got to see some wildlife. Ground hogs and chipmunks that came closer than I have ever seen them. Told me they felt safe and unbothered at location which got decent amount of parking lot traffic. Good stop over point for long road trip."
